Quantum Strength and Fitness started back in 2010. From the beginning our vision was to do things better than the average gym. Our mission has always been to:
create coaching relationships that lead to life changing results,
develop an energetic community that we loved being around,
be welcoming and accessible to anyone, and
to care for our clients like family.

Over the years our methods and approach have evolved and we started developing a reputation across Toronto for a smart approach to sustainable fitness that worked for average people. Our staff takes immense pride in improving the lives of clients, especially if they were intimidated to get started in the first place.
We also starting working heavily with the powerlifting community and began to develop some incredibly strong athletes. Showing lifters how to do things better and then seeing that translate to improvements on the platform is hugely fulfilling.
