How We Work

Step 2: Assess
We can’t make you a suitable plan by guessing. To figure out exactly where you’re starting, Quantum Strength & Fitness has developed a three-part assessment that anyone can do, regardless of experience level.
Movement
We’ll lead you through a number of mobility and strength drills to identify strengths, weaknesses and potential risks for injury.
Endurance
We’ll measure how much physical work you can sustain for a set period of time in order to determine your optimal conditioning program.
Nourishment
We’ll examine your current habits with food, hydration and other lifestyle factors to identify which changes will have the most impact.
Step 4: Train, Refine & Grow
Now that we’ve taught you the basics, it’s time to train! But the learning never stops. Our coaches will work with you to continually refine your training as you improve. And when you achieve your original goals, we’ll show you how to take it a step further.

Private Coaching
You can’t beat private sessions for accountability and individualization. Many people prefer to work directly with a coach at all times. We also have an innovative hybrid option that delivers the benefits of private coaching at a fraction of the cost.
Small Group Training
Our small group sessions are unrivalled when it comes to fun! But it’s also about getting unbelievable results. Our coach to member ratio is extremely low so we can keep an eye on each person and make individual adjustments.
