Step 1: Talk

Before we get into the gym, we need to know where are you today and where you want to be. We’ll talk about things like:

  • What do you want to achieve and on what timeline?

  • What’s tripped you up in the past and how can we ensure this time is different?

  • Have you had any previous injuries that we should know about?

  • How much time do you have to put towards fitness?

Step 2: Assess

We can’t make you a suitable plan by guessing. To figure out exactly where you’re starting, Quantum Strength & Fitness has developed a three-part assessment that anyone can do, regardless of experience level.

Movement

We’ll lead you through a number of mobility and strength drills to identify strengths, weaknesses and potential risks for injury.

Endurance

We’ll measure how much physical work you can sustain for a set period of time in order to determine your optimal conditioning program.

Nourishment

We’ll examine your current habits with food, hydration and other lifestyle factors to identify which changes will have the most impact.

Step 3: Learn

After Step 1 and 2, we’ll have the information we need to design your customized plan. But that’s just the beginning. Every single exercise has it’s own technique and intent. Whether you’re doing that exercise for the first time or the thousandth time, we’ll make sure you understand exactly what perfect form feels like.

We’ve found that one-to-one coaching is the fastest and most effective way to do that so all of our memberships kick-off with a series of private lessons to put you on the fast track to quality training and immediate results.

Step 4: Train, Refine & Grow

 

Now that we’ve taught you the basics, it’s time to train! But the learning never stops. Our coaches will work with you to continually refine your training as you improve. And when you achieve your original goals, we’ll show you how to take it a step further.

Private Coaching

You can’t beat private sessions for accountability and individualization. Many people prefer to work directly with a coach at all times. We also have an innovative hybrid option that delivers the benefits of private coaching at a fraction of the cost.

Small Group Training

Our small group sessions are unrivalled when it comes to fun! But it’s also about getting unbelievable results. Our coach to member ratio is extremely low so we can keep an eye on each person and make individual adjustments.
