Quantum has developed a way to preserve all the energy and excitement of group classes while creating safer and smarter workouts, and recongizing that each client’s needs and goals are different. Let’s show you how we’ve done it.
Individualization.
Our group program has six unique training streams to effectively meet most needs. First we thought about the similarities and differences of every client we’ve ever worked with. Next we found the best way to categorize them based on goals and experience level. Then we designed an intricate training plan for each group based on their needs and differences.

We want you to be stronger, have greater endurance, balance, body control, and resilience. How great will it feel to know that your coaches have thought out each and every workout, all to ensure that you’re progressing toward the big picture: building a fitter you.

We have several terrific options to help you get stronger, faster, build endurance, move more efficiently, or achieve a balanced array of all those attributes for true general fitness.
But it comes down to one thing: figuring out how we can help you live a bigger life, whatever that means to you.
THE EXPERIENCE
Ever wonder if your technique is off or if your workouts are even right for you? At Quantum you’ll follow a proven plan and work closely with our coaches every session so that never happens again.
Most workouts last about an hour, include a warm-up, a goal for the day, a complete workout, and tons of hands on help. Plus, the five to ten others in the group are there for the same reason and they’ll give you a boost of support and motivation.
TOOLS OF THE TRADE
You’ll use barbells, dumbbells, sleds, ropes, medicine balls, gymnastic rings, sandbags, tires and a huge array of other implements to maximize your fitness gains. What’s so special about these tools? They mimic natural movement patterns and challenge your body to become stronger in every category. They also yield the most bang for your buck and give us a nearly limitless variety of exercise variations to force your body to adapt and improve.
